Our Global Markets department exclusively serves the institutional segment, with investors from Brazil, the United States, Europe, and Asia. We actively participate in the primary equity and debt markets through the distribution of offerings coordinated by our Investment Banking division. In the secondary market, we intermediate the purchase and sale of shares and derivatives listed on B3, such as futures contracts for commodities, DI, dollar, and index.

We also execute options, swaps and forward contracts listed on B3 and the organized over-the-counter market.

We are responsible for the local and international distribution of fixed income products. We issue bonds in the primary market and actively trade them in the secondary market. In the local market, we are among the leaders in the placement of structured fixed-income operations, such as debentures, promissory notes, Real Estate Receivables Certificates (CRI), quotas of Credit Rights Investment Funds (FIDC) and Real Estate Investment Funds (FII). In the international market, we stand out in the distribution of bonds, certificates of deposit, and structured notes. Our experienced distribution team maintains close relationships with several segments of local and international investors, such as pension funds, asset management, hedge funds, insurance companies, treasuries, private banks, and family officers.

We have a complete framework that meets the needs of institutional clients looking for efficiency and quality. With access to different investors, we highlight equity funds, hedge funds, treasuries and pension funds, with a strong capacity for distribution and pulverization of shares. We operate in both local and international markets through Bradesco Securities, focusing on brokering the purchase and sale of shares, especially American Depositary Receipts (ADR).
